Leo Season

We look forward to it every year.  We’re surrounded by them.  Jeannie knows so many (in Minneapolis alone) she used to host an inclusive Leo Party for everyone to celebrate on the same day.  (Who says Leos are self-centered?  We know how to share the spotlight!)

In fact, lions are the only big cat that lives in social groups.  (See?  That explains the logic of having a Leo Party right there!)  Want to know another little bit of trivia about lions?  They are the only members of the cat family to display obvious sexual dimorphism.  (Minds out of the gutter, people!)  It means males and females look distinctly different.  Common for birds (think peacocks, chickens, ducks…), but rare for cats, unique only to the lion.

But while our female counterparts in the animal kingdom may not have a mane to shake around, at LEO DUO we are ready to let our hair down.  Birthdays are coming up, and Leo Season has begun!  Roarrrrr!
